This sense of overwhelm and the topic of changes came up in our mastermind and Minna was reminded of a time when her family was going through a trauma/crisis almost five years ago and she was referred to the Kübler-Ross Model. It's a model that was created for dealing with the grief and the process that happens and it's also known as the "change curve". We go over the stages with you in the episode today and how to utilize this process in order to understand your own reactions and emotions during this time of social distancing, a pandemic and a huge change in your life.
